Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

At The Christian Growth Track©, we are committed to providing deep insight and value through our products. Because we have digital products delivered via instant download/access, we generally do not offer refunds once the products have been downloaded and accessed.

  1. Nature of the Product
    Digital products are considered "used" once they are downloaded, viewed, or the assessment is completed. Since the insights provided in The Gift Matrix are intangible and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds
    We understand that technical issues can happen. We will consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the test twice, we will refund the second transaction in full.

Technical Failure: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing the test or receiving your results, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 3 business days.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    We cannot offer refunds for:

A change of mind after download and delivery.

Dissatisfaction with the specific product.

Failure to use the product due to personal reasons or lack of time.

How to Request Assistance
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at orders@christiangrowthtrack.co.za within 3 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can help you get your results as quickly as possible.

At The Christian Growth Track©, we are committed to providing deep insight and value through our resources. We want your experience with our physical books to be as impactful as our digital offerings. Please review our policy for physical shipments below.

Return Eligibility - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Unlike our digital products, physical books may be returned if they meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The book must be in its original, unread, and "like-new" condition.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Refundable Situations

We will process a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives with printing errors, structural damage, or significant shipping wear.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If we accidentally shipped a different title than the one you ordered.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally ordered the same physical title twice, provided the second copy is returned unopened (courier costs for the buyer).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain the integrity of our resources, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items showing visible wear: Books with creased spines, "dog-eared" pages, or markings.
  • Change of mind: After the 7-day return window has passed.
  • Bulk Orders: Large volume orders for churches or organizations (unless defective).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return a book, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email orders@christiangrowthtrack.co.za within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and photos if the book arrived damaged.
  3. Ship Your Item: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
