Thank you for choosing The Christian Growth Track© to support your journey of growth. By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to the following terms regarding our digital and physical products.


1. Digital Products

Nature of the Product: Digital products are considered "used" once they are downloaded, viewed, or an assessment is completed. Since the insights provided are intangible, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Refunds: We only consider refund requests for digital products under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same test/product twice, we will refund the second transaction.
  • Technical Failure: If a technical error on our end prevents access to your results and our team cannot resolve it within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable: We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with specific results, or failure to use the product due to personal reasons.


2. Physical Products

Return Eligibility: Physical items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unread, and "like-new" condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives damaged (printing errors/shipping wear) or we sent the wrong title, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns within the 7-day window, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable: Items showing visible wear (creased spines, markings), bulk church orders, or requests made after the 14-day window.

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 3 days for digital technical issues or 7 days for physical book returns.
  • Requirements: Please include your order number and a description (or photos for damaged books) so we can assist you promptly.
